GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Each joined member agrees to abide by our terms of service. Lacking of knowledge doesn't exempt you from liability.
• The site agrees to paste permanent 100x100 pxls and 125x125 pxls HTML code of Gamecetera for banner promotion.
  
• All Gamecetera Above the Scroll advertising banners must appear without the need to scroll (800 x 600 resolution), unless we specify otherwise.This is critical.
  
• The Gamecetera reserves the right to verify the placement and accuracy of its HTML code by any means.
  
• There can only be one insertion of the Gamecetera Above the Scroll advertising banner code per page.
  
• If a Gamecetera participant adds the 100x100 pxls and 125x125 pxls HTML code of another banner network on his site, he is to place the banner at the distance of 600 pxls from the Gamecetera banner or further.
• Use of Meta refresh coding or timed rotation of ad banners is not compatible with Gamecetera.
  
• Any methods of falsely inflating the number of ad views or clicks are expressly forbidden.
  
• In relation to ad banners, auto spawning of browser windows, automatic redirecting of users, pop-up windows, and framing the click-to destination of an ad banner are expressly forbidden.
  
• Gamecetera members realize that information about their sites (name, URL, banner impressions) can be used by Gamecetera. Possible usage includes: list of the most popular sites, list of Gamecetera members and so on.
  
• Members have the right to sell impressions to the third parties, but it is prohibited to sell impressions with lower price than 0,40$ CPM.
  
• All sites and banners pass verification before joining.
  
• Administrators reserve the right to refuse any member from joining the Gamecetera.
  
• Administrators reserve the right to remove any member from the network at any time.
  
  SITE REQUIREMENTS
  
• The site must be in English language.
  
• The site must host PC, Mac or Flash casual games content for visitors to interact with or download.
  
• We do not accept sites that :
  Only provide game news
  Contain pornographic materials
  Have links to pornographic sites
  Encourage illegal activities or racism
  Provide instructions or discussions on performing illegal activities
  Engaged in libelous or harassing activities
  Promote or utilize software or services
  Designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail
  Are otherwise inappropriate
  Are not games-related
  
  BANNERS REQUIREMENTS
  
• It is forbidden to submit over 50kb of banners.
  
• WE do not accept banners that:
  
  Contain pornographic materials
  Have links to pornographic sites
  Belong to another member and used without his permission
  Encouraging illegal activities or racism
  Provide instructions or discussions on performing illegal activities
  Engaged in libelous or harassing activities
  Promote or utilize software or services, designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail
  Are not games-related
  Promote unlicensed games. *In case of points at issue banners possessors must provide us with the license for advertising proper game and using game animation. If the license is not given we remove the banner.
  
  RULES VIOLATION
• In case of rules violation administrators reserve the right to:
  Fine the member more than 100,000 impressions
  Remove the member. All impressions will be nulled
  Pause the campaign till the member corrects the mistake
  
  Gamecetera administrators reserve the right to change and supply additional rules points.
